Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure industry relating to roads, water and environment or Oil & Gas Career span involving multiple countries is an advantage Strong network at senior levels in public and private institutions in India Network at senior levels in S.E. Asia/ Middle East/Europe/Americas and Africa is a strong advantage Proven experience of having managed large scale successful sale of consulting services (> Rs. 1 Crore in consulting service revenues for a single project) consistently in the last 3 years. Proven experience of being responsible for annual revenues for infrastructure related project deliveries exceeding Rs. 10 crores Proven experience of developing core business development (BD) strategies, recruiting mid-level BD managers, setting and managing targets for country wide BD offices. Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing and completing successful Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is a strong advantage. Minimum revenues of Rs. 1 crore (infrastructure services) for a single project consistently over the last 3 years Responsible for minimum revenues of Rs. 10 crores per annum in infrastructure services over the last 3 years Successful M&A experience in both India and abroad is a strong advantage. 4 . Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure industry relating to Roads, Irrigation, Public Works, Environment or Oil & Gas Proven network at senior levels or must have held senior management level positions in public/private institutions relating to the above. Career span involving multiple countries is an advantage Create a BD mission and develop strategies ground up for India and overseas offices GAP analysis and strategic solutions for near term and mid term growth of the company Recruit and manage a small and nimble BD division country wide - set and manage targets to achieve a minimum of Rs. 20 crores per annum in new business development over the next 3 years Report to CEO directly for both sales of consulting services and potential M&A opportunities Implement department wide standards for all BD activities such as proposals, RFP/RFQs, and spearhead partnerships and alliances with related speciality areas. Senior level professional with strong social and professional network of senior people at public and private sector institutions Affable and pleasing personality Excellent command on spoken and written English. Fluency is Hindi and another regional language is desirable Go-getter and quantitative ability to assess risk and reward and make quick decisions about sales leads Honest and committed to the company for long term growth 2. Finance Executive    (+) ShowFinance Executive    (-) Hide Education Experience Technology Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant 2 – 5 years experience in an IT / Consulting Organisation. A senior level placement and will directly report to the CEO / Board. Prepare business plan for next 5 years, resource mobilisation, management of finances Introduce appropriate finance control system in a computerized environment and provide leadership to Finance team Responsible for Internal accounting and auditing of daily receipts and drawls Preparation of annual audit and budget Liaise with Bankers and IT authorities for settlement of pending issues 3. Sales and proven experience in the high-tech industry, in a software services sales environment. Should also have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and the ability to travel frequently. 5.
