Cost Estimates, BOQ and Detailed Project Report

• Rate analysis of all items and preparation of Bill of Quantities

• To ensure high quality construction so that works are carried out in full compliance and in conformity with the Engineering Design, Technical Specification and Contract Specification within the stipulated time schedule
• To establish field design office to address immediate design problems and offer technically viable and economically fearible solutions during construction
• To Evaluate and certifi contractor’s work and Management of the entire project. To establish Project Monitoring System, conduct Periodic Review and submit periodic MIS reports to client and contractors

Technical Control, Project Monitoring and Inspection Services
